The concept behind the project rests on ideas drawn out of traditional developments, notably Las Ramblas in Barcelona. La Rambla occupies a land area of about 6,463 sq.m. with generous provision of public open space, including restaurants, cafes and 8m large central tree-lined pedestrian street with numerous small squares connected to a landscaped pedestrian promenade. The pedestrian street offers different types of activities, notably sidewalk cafes, market stalls, and street theatres give this street its renowned vitality.
